In line with the General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"), effective from 25th May 2018, Sarratt Care has implemented the following Privacy Policy.
We will never share any data that you send us unless legally compelled to do so, such as by government, law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.
This data may be shared for administrative purposes with volunteers and third parties working on behalf of Sarratt Care. Where we need consent to use this data for specific purposes we will ask for it. Sarratt Care will not sell, give away, nor share this data to or with others.
Clients and volunteers will always be asked how they would like us to contact them. They can at any time change these preferences by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the addresses given at the end of this statement. We will ensure that we will act in accordance with their preferences.
Clients and volunteers have the right to ask for a copy of all their own data held by us. A copy will be transmitted to them as soon as possible, but this will not be later than one month after we receive the request.
We will retain all data held by us only for as long as is necessary and is consistent with the law. We will always try to keep this data up-to-date.
Clients and volunteers also have the right to request that all their own data held by us is deleted from our records.
This privacy policy applies only to personal data collected and processed by Sarratt Care. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of any third parties that are not under our control.

Our system is password-protected, both for login and resume-from-standby. We delete the contents of the email trash at the end of every working day.
